I have an appraisal for 1.35 million. I need a good LTV and a good RATE on a Nina with a 750 score. Property in FL. Any suggestions?

Southstar Funding have a GREAT program of “Interest Only” @ 4.5% based on the one month LIBOR. (The 15 year average rate is 5.80% and the 10 year average rate is 4.91%…so history speaks for itself) I know it sounds crazy, but if they meet all the critiera (and there are NO EXCEPTIONS in this program),then its a great deal. Alot of our financial and accounting heads are doing this loan for their own personal mortgages so it must be good.
